Materials Engineer	Provide day-to-day engineering support for materials-related work Provides on-site field support during scheduled maintenance activities Provide materials specialist support for large capital projects and smaller regional projects to ensure technical quality Participates in programs aimed at improving unit reliability and optimizing maintenance Supports industry activities (MTI, API and NACE) where appropriate Trains/Mentors entry-level employees to support their career development	Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering with at least 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry  Demonstrated work experience and knowledge in the following areas : Metallurgy and manufacture Welding/fabrication and Inspection/Testing Materials selection Failure Analysis Corrosion control Able and willing to travel to work sites and shop fabrication locations worldwide
