- Providing our customers with best-in-class solutions through geological, geomechanical, petrophysical and reservoir engineering data analysis and interpretation, using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Conceptualizing activities related to various sciences, such as geology, geography, geophysics, and geomorphology, that are concerned with the structure, age, and other aspects of the earth
- Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work
- Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment in shipments to and from the well site
- Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as supporting invoicing activities

Education
Qualification

Electrical Field Specialist- Industrial & Energy Technology (IET)

Role
of Junior Electrical Field Specialist
- Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Overseeing, overhaul, Installations, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment’s and products at customer sites
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.
- Managing company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of material and drawings.
- Dealing with Electrical & Control schematics to provide clear instructions while at Customer sites.
Educational
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electric/Electronic Technical degree or Engineering degree from a reputable university.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an Electrical/Electronic role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
- Have basic knowledge of the main control systems as PLC or similar
- Have basic knowledge of Industrial Generators (multi-poles) and Electrical Motors.
- Have basic knowledge of Electric excitation systems and Variable Frequency Drivers (VFDs).
- Demonstrate a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions.
- Have good skills at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Have ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Have a valid passport and have excellent verbal and written English.
- Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities.

of the Role
- Ensuring that project objectives, project schedules and budgets are established and followed and that the Contract is managed in accordance with Customer needs.
- Lead a team of Services Project Managers.
- Establishing a positive and aligned team spirit within the project by inspiring team members towards high levels of motivation/commitment
- Monitoring proactively and managing safety, quality, reliability, qualification, progress, cost, and initiate appropriate corrective actions as required.
- Participating in the Contract Review process, assisting the translation of agreed T & Cs into project/sales orders
- Ensuring that services Projects and PL processes are aligned so as to flow down client requirements into execution
- Consolidating and negotiate internally generated Variation Order on behalf of the PLs.
- Identifying and record all Quality, EHS, Technical and Commercial risks facing the project, ensuring these are recorded and mitigation plans are put in place and effectively executed
- Attending and leading Customer/internal reviews as per established calendar
Educational
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Services)
- 4+ years of relevant oil &oil gas operation and/or project management related to multidisciplinary operations
- Be able to demonstrate experience in project leadership
- Demonstrate Project Management functional competencies
- Have ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Communication
skills Needed
- Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- Demonstrate knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma and using it to shape improvement and sustain performance
- Have a customer centric behaviour
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking initiative to lead and solve problems through collaboration.
